Brian Crann

I graduated from George Brown College with a degree in Sheet Metal Work and Welding. In 1982, I transitioned into the real estate industry as a Realtor, later achieving the status of a Real Estate Broker in 1986. In 1987, I founded Crann Realty, which subsequently expanded to include two offices and a team of 65 agents. In 1995, I downsized the company and merged it with another brokerage firm in Oshawa.

In 1997, I relocated to Tillsonburg and embarked on a new venture, purchasing a subdivision and overseeing the construction of 150 homes, which continued until 2002. After my career in building, I ventured into several other businesses, including a Barter Company and a Telecom Company. Eventually, in 2011, I rediscovered my passion for the Mortgage Business.

It's worth noting that back in 1987, when I was operating as a Real Estate Broker, being a Mortgage Broker was inherent to the profession. This wealth of experience spans over 40 years in the Real Estate industry, encompassing roles as a Realtor, Builder, Mortgage Broker, and more.

Today, I'm here to leverage my extensive knowledge and experience in real estate and the mortgage world to partner with Realtors and provide them with industry leading mortgage tools.
